That would be a 'ponified' silene. A silene is similar to a satyr except that instead of goat being the non-human portion, it is equine-based.

Anyway, love the pony-hybrid! Not enough of these have been illustrated!

Technically it would be a saytr. The original saytrs of Greek myth were actually half-horse rather than half human (I suppose that means centaurs would technically be two-thirds horse). The whole goat thing was actually added by the Roman version of the creatures (Fauns).
